Family Reading Night Lights Up Zapata Elementary! October at Zapata Elementary was all about the magic of reading as our fantastic 3rd grade team hosted a heartwarming Family Reading Night. Parents had the opportunity to share a special read-aloud together with their children. But the adventure didn't stop there. They got to do a hands-on activity to take home. And the icing on the literacy cake? Our incredible School Librarian, Mrs. Lumbreras, opened the doors to the Book Fair!
